We loved our stay at Pinot Cottage so much that our kids wanted us to buy the property! We felt at home immediately with its relaxed French inspired decor and simple interior layout. Everything was provided in the best of quality – I was really impressed with that aspect as you can pay a lot of money and get cheap fittings, appliances and cutlery. Pinot Cottage is ideally situated, very peaceful and did not feel like a sterile hotel room! We LOVED it 🙂
Beautiful wee property. Lovely furnishings and very comfortable. Fireplace was all stoked up and ready to be lit on a surprise cold day in spring. Really lovely to have two bathrooms, I have to say. Not right in town but the walk is nothing short of beautiful so a plus really – Oct 2013

Ideal location, only a few streets back from centre of town. Quiet street. Private with a lovely back yard with outdoor seating and an outdoor fireplace. Beautifully decorated house with a bedroom and adjoining ensuite on both wings of the house. Ideally suited to two couples. Warm and cosy with a free standing fire. Great kitchen amenities including a dishwasher. Would definitely stay again and recommend to friends – May 2015
Great location. Just a short walk into town. Lovely property. Had everything we needed. Staff were attentive – the coffee press (plunger) was tiny for 4 people, a request for a larger one was quickly filled. Comfortable beds, nice linens. We wish we could have stayed longer – Apr 2015
